My opinion, has nothing to do with detox, heavy metals, other forms of parasites, mold, candida, or whatever... #000000 A long time ago this was talked about some lyme patients on lyme net, those that took this combo helped them reach remission. Sorry if this offends some, but remember, this is just my opinion, maybe it's not true, but hear me out. Again, not a cure overnight, but definitely with rotating the combo, it helped some patients reach remission with Lyme/Babesia in a months time, versus 6 months to a year with Mepron/Malarone or any other antibiotics/antiparsitics that's been given to lyme patients for years.

Mar 22, 2019 I took primaquine and suprax with Dr. H in California associated with Igenex. Didn't really do anything for me. However, like Charlie ouch Charlie bit meee, lol I did some research on primaquine and found that other forum members noted that it was effective for babesia duncani which is what I have when used in combination with other anti malarial drugs, and I was using it as a single agent. I have Babesia and it was stupid stubborn. From July to January I pulsed Mepron, 1500 mg, 2x a day double normal doseage along with Septra/Bactrim, 1400 mg a day of Arteminisin, and cycles of IV Clindamycin and Azithromycin at aggressive doses. Hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine have been recommended by Chinese and South Korean health authorities for the treatment COVID-19. In vitro studies have demonstrated that hydroxychloroquine is more potent than chloroquine against SARS-CoV-2 with a more tolerable safety profile.

My suspicion is Dapsone hit babesia and borrelia hard, but does not hit the dormant form of this parasite in the liver. Possibly, but with the recent new study coming out from Yale, even most antiparasitic drugs don't effectively kill Babesia. We've made some super progress with Stevia and Dapsone protocol for treating lyme and babesia all at once. Could herbs like Artmesia and Cryptolepsis possibly cure lyme and babesia like Stephen Buhner said?

  5. I took three rounds of the treatment for plasmodium vivax, i.e. malaria, which is 3-4 days of chloroquine followed by 2-3 weeks of primaquine 15 mg per day, not 30mg. So it may be that this treatment only works for malaria, not babesia.

Primaquine should not be administered to anyone with G6PD deficiency because a severe reaction can occur, resulting in hemolytic anemia. However, the WHO has recommended that a single dose of primaquine 0.25 mg/kg is safe to give even in individuals with G6PD deficiency, for the purpose of preventing transmission of P. falciparum malaria. I think I have a stubbon tissue form of Babesia, so after a bunch of research and searching out other people's experiences, I started Coartem last week and will be adding 14 days of Primaquine for the tissue/liver forms in 2 days. I'm scared as hell, but nothing else I've tried has worked long term.
